We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist - Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Optum. As a key member of our Refresh Mental Health organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to patients in an in-person, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders, and provide evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other effective methods.
  • Case Management: Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues, patients, and other members of the care team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Clear and active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure in Massachusetts.
  • Clinical Experience: Proven ability to work with a wide range of clinical presentations, with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience treating patients with behavioral health conditions.
  • Technical Skills: Solid computer and basic technology skills, with the ability to adapt to new technology solutions and tools.
