Job Summary

SCHEELS is a leader in the sporting goods industry, and we're looking for a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, promoting our products, and meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Grow personal sales by hitting minimum goals and following SCHEELS professional salesmanship standards
  • Promote the SCHEELS Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits
  • Engage with customers, assist them in making buying decisions, and provide product information
  • Attend product training and store meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Help with freight and stocking when needed
  • Demonstrate product usage and retrieve products from heights of over 6 feet

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred and/or 1-3 months of sales experience

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
