  • Develop and implement on-call schedules to provide support to children and staff.
  • Ensure quality assurance and quality control measures are in place to maintain high standards of care.
  • Provide counseling, crisis management, and evaluations as needed to support the well-being of children and staff.
  • Provide regular consultation and supervision to clinical staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for children and families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with applicable policies and standards.
  • Develop and implement goal-oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans, and progress reports to ensure high-quality care.
  • Ensure clinicians complete weekly group sessions to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • 21 years old.
  • LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPC-s licensure or eligible to obtain licensure.
  • Masters degree in psychology, sociology, or behavioral sciences.
  • 2 years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences or social work.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Clear MVR and Background Check.
