Master Micro Molder

Accu-Mold Corp is seeking a skilled Micro Mold Production Worker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating micro mold production machines and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in plastic part manufacturing to work with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Your duties will include:

1. Developing a deep understanding of micro mold machinery operation
2. Monitoring assigned machines using established parameters and maintaining high-quality standards
3. Maintaining adequate feeder bowls and monitoring dryer and oven trays for sufficient material
4. Utilizing working knowledge to troubleshoot problems and improve production efficiency
5. Measuring parts and following SPC procedures as required by work instructions or customer needs
6. Promoting efficient production practices by performing ongoing tasks to ready finished product

You will work in a climate-controlled environment with minimal temperature or humidity extremes. Noise levels vary from low to moderate depending on location within the facility.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school education or GED
• Experience in plastic part manufacturing is preferred
• The ability to read, comprehend, and utilize instructions and short correspondence with coworkers and supervisors
• Good mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• The ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables
