About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Gastroenterology team at PeaceHealth Medical Group in Longview, Washington. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our gastroenterologists, and contribute to the growth and development of our department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced level of nursing evaluation, clinical assessment, and follow-up care for patients.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments, and order lab and diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Educate patients and families about preventive care, medical issues, and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • ARNP license in the State of Washington or ability to obtain during credentialing process.
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
