We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our patients.
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care, including communication with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to home or other care settings.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition Compact State within 2 months of hire date.
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
