Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead, inspire, and motivate our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Staff Development and Support: Ensure all staff members are oriented, trained, and supported to excel in their roles and provide exceptional patient care.
- Collaboration and Communication: Liaise between staff, patients, and the medical community to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Quality and Compliance: Promote and direct our team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and our organization's policies and procedures.
- Education and Training: Provide in-services and training to staff to promote patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent, with a strong background in hospice care and leadership.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure in the state of practice and one year of clinical experience, as well as current CPR certification.
- Transportation and Availability: A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
