Job Description:

This Residential Support Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As part of our team, you will provide direct care to individuals living in a residential setting, promoting their overall health and well-being through skill-building, risk mitigation, and medication administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support residents' goals and needs.
  • Provide coaching and support to help residents develop daily living skills, manage their finances, and maintain their health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including medical staff and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to transport residents as needed.
  • MAP certification and CPR/First Aid training required within five months of hire.
