About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team at DM Injury Law. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of representing clients in their Work Comp matters from case opening to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates and claim status
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies to ensure fair compensation for our clients
  • Draft and prepare case materials, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal standards and regulations
  • Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings
Requirements
  • Active Bar license in Missouri and (1) + years law experience
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal relations
  • Familiar and current knowledge of current Workers' Compensation law
