Cedars-Sinai is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations of patients.
  • Review and order laboratory/diagnostic studies as needed.
  • Acquire informed consent for anesthesia services.
  • Select and administer pre-anesthetic medications or treatments.
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans.
  • Select and use equipment, monitors, and supplies for anesthesia services.
  • Administer analgesic and anesthetic agents as needed.
  • Perform airway management and facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia.
  • Initiate and administer post-anesthesia pharmacological or fluid support.
  • Provide post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
  • Implement acute and chronic pain management modalities.

Requirements:

  • Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred.
  • California registered nurse license and CRNA license required.
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
