Early Childhood Educator

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our KinderCare Learning Companies team. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them reach their full potential.

• Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, ensuring a seamless transition between home and school.
• Support the success of your center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts to provide a comprehensive support system for children and their families.

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
