Job Title: CT Technologist

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team in Monterey Park, California.

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist will operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue. This role requires a strong understanding of radiologic technology and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images.
  • Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to radiologists for interpretation.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment and manage supply inventory.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in CT or Radiography.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Fluoroscopy license in the state of practice (optional).
  • Venipuncture certification (optional).
