- Utilize the nursing process in the delivery of patient care and ensure quality care is provided.
- Maintain financial control of the unit and serve as a liaison between administration and staff.
- Participate in creating an atmosphere of mutual trust, acceptance, recognition, and respect.
- Assume responsibility for own professional development and serve as a role model for others.
- 3 years of clinical experience, including 1 year of nursing management/leadership experience.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Alabama.
- BCLS required, ACLS preferred.
