Key Responsibilities

  • Operate extended shelf-life filler and other production equipment to produce high-quality dairy products
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operating issues and improve production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of related experience or training preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend for extended periods
