  • Dispatch drivers to pick up and deliver loads to customers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor driver movement and load status, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our maintenance department to schedule repairs and services, ensuring our fleet is well-maintained and running smoothly.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide strategic planning to support our company's growth and expansion.
  • Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Manage time off requests for drivers, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing disruptions.
  • Embody our company's core values of Safety, Service, Positive Attitude, and Respect.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of the trucking industry and commercial motor vehicles.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on problem-solving and collaboration.

Compensation:

$45k - $55k annually.
