Freight Transportation Associate

We offer competitive compensation with a starting salary of $30.23 per hour, with opportunities for advancement after the probation period. Our drivers play a crucial role in delivering food products to customers across the country, ensuring timely and accurate service.
Schedule and ShiftsOur ideal candidate will be able to commit to a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with a start time of 2:30am-6am. You may occasionally be required to work overnight shifts, but we ensure that you receive fair compensation for your hard work.
We believe in providing a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, which is why we require our drivers to have a valid CDL Class A license and commercial driving experience. As a Freight Transportation Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Safely operating trucks to deliver food products to customers on time;
- Loading and unloading products from the trailer using manual labor equipment;
- Verifying delivery accuracy with customers and obtaining signatures upon completion;
- Handling customer payments when applicable;
- Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience;
- Maintaining vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure safety standards.
To be successful as a Freight Transportation Associate, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence;
- At least six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry;
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (may be required in specific locations);
- Must be at least 21 years old and proficient in reading and communicating in English;
- Registration to the FMCSA Clearinghouse is also mandatory.
