We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse Intensivist to join our team in Anderson, Indiana.
**Job Summary**
The ideal candidate will possess a current Indiana nursing license and at least 2 years of recent experience as an ICU nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide individualized patient care based on assessment and treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Utilize critical thinking skills to address complex patient needs
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance professional development
**Requirements**
- Current RN license per state
- Current BLS and/or ACLS certification
- 2+ years of experience as an ICU nurse
