Position Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Personal Injury Sales Manager to enhance our expanding Personal Injury Sales Team. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the effective performance of the sales team while achieving a high conversion rate for Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation leads. This position requires exceptional leadership, management, and organizational skills, along with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to refine intake processes and protocols. This position is remote, and candidates may reside anywhere within the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct the intake process and the Personal Injury Sales Team.
- Implement Quality Control measures, including call monitoring, evaluation, and feedback sessions with team members.
- Facilitate training for new team members.
- Collaborate closely with the Intake Manager on data analysis and reporting.
- Handle administrative tasks such as timekeeping, overtime management, and leave requests.
- Maintain accurate procedures within Salesforce, ensuring proper follow-up and case management.
- Ensure timely communication with initial contacts.
- Keep the resource database updated with referral firms and jurisdictions.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a professional environment, ideally within a law firm.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to mentor and guide team members.
- A culture advocate with strong motivational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in personal injury client intake is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to set and meet targeted goals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A results-driven individual with the capacity to work independently, consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.
