Job Overview

Performacentric is seeking a skilled Flutter Front End Developer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and highly functional mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow, collaborating with our development and product teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions, ensuring our applications meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Implement and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the FlutterFlow and mobile app development space.
  • Provide support and guidance to developers on implementing design specifications, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
  • Proficiency in FlutterFlow and a solid understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of front-end development principles and experience working with developers is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with other design tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
