Job Overview

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in long-term care facilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as toileting, grooming, and mobility
  • Document patient care and progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Valid nurse aide in long-term care facilities certificate and registration on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of long-term care experience
Certifications and Licenses
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association
  • Current nurse assistant certification from N.J Department of Health
Scheduling Requirements
  • Evenings: 3:00PM - 11:30PM
  • Variable schedule during the week, depending on department needs
  • Part-Time (24 hrs)
