Experienced Mixologist

F&F Pizzeria is in search of skilled Bartenders to enhance our service team.

We seek individuals who exemplify warmth and hospitality, thrive in a bustling environment, and possess a genuine enthusiasm for Italian-American culinary traditions. A passion for food and wine is crucial, along with a dedication to providing outstanding service to our guests and loyal patrons. This role is particularly suited for those with experience in settings with limited support staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our entire menu and preparation methods, including daily specials.
• Understanding our complete beverage offerings.
• Guiding patrons through their dining journey to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
• Accurately entering guest orders into the POS system and managing the pacing of their meals.
• Carrying out opening and closing tasks, including organizing the dining area and tables for efficient service.
• Maintaining a cheerful and engaging demeanor throughout service.
• Supporting fellow team members as necessary.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 1-2 years of experience in a New York restaurant.
• A foundational understanding of wines, cocktails, and spirits.
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
• A flexible schedule, with availability for lunch, brunch, and dinner shifts during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with Toast POS is preferred.
