Work Schedule and Compensation:
This is a full-time role with a 36-hour workweek. We have openings for both daytime and nighttime shifts, structured as three 12-hour shifts. Day shifts run from 7am to 7:30pm, while night shifts are from 7pm to 7:30am. Compensation ranges from $23.50 to $38.90 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. Additional shift differentials are available for evening, night, and weekend work. A sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package are also provided.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have completed an accredited Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician program (mandatory). Certification as MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) is essential. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in Blood Banking. Recent graduates will be considered if they have completed a clinical rotation in a high-volume laboratory.
