Job Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
1. Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on your clinical expertise.
2. Implement treatment plans and conduct follow-up visits with an emphasis on rehabilitation.
3. Maintain clear communication with patients and referring physicians regarding treatment progress.
4. Complete accurate documentation using our intuitive web-based EMR system.

Compensation:
$75-$125 per hour
Work Schedule:
