Lead Business Development and Client Relationships

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading business development and client relationships, driving sales growth, and mentoring a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity, client interactions, and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support a small team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
