Key Responsibilities- Production Processes: Perform labor-intensive tasks, including demolition, to restore properties to their original condition.
- Inventory and Logistics: Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
- Pre-Job Preparation: Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Safety and Risk Management: Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in restoration or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
