We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Technician to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and effective completion of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Processes: Perform labor-intensive tasks, including demolition, to restore properties to their original condition.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.
  • Pre-Job Preparation: Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging areas and equipment for each project, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with restoration supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in restoration or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
