Job Description: As a member of our care team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Person-Centered Care: Provide individualized care and support to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Activities and Events: Organize and participate in recreational activities, outings, and events that promote socialization and engagement.
  • Care Team Collaboration: Work closely with the care team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and love working with people.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A current certification as a HHA in NYS.
