We are seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our team at Ocean Estate Law PC.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting final probate petitions and accountings in Southern California courts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all Probate files
  • Prepare petitions for court approval
  • Perform administrative tasks such as drafting documents and maintaining records
  • Communicate with clients in person, by phone, and by mail
  • Keep updated records in our contract and case management systems
  • Open and close client files according to procedures
  • Manage deadlines for the legal team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Southern California Probate Law
  • Demonstrated success working in a customer-facing, professional environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
