Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Synergy Health Partners MSO, LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are properly disinfected and assembled.
  • Maintain a sterile field in the operating room, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
  • Provide supportive care to patients during the preoperative phase, including preparing their skin for surgery and monitoring vital signs.
  • Assist surgeons during procedures, passing sterile surgical equipment and performing tasks such as cutting sutures and tracking instrument counts.
  • Transport patients after procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an approved program for Surgical Technology
  • Certifications necessary to perform essential job duties
  • BCLS Certification
  • One year of surgical technician experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Orthopedic surgical technician experience
  • Experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting
