About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team as a Lead Caregiver. As a Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also be required to assist with light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to clients with daily activities
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Transport clients to appointments and errands
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Identify and recommend improvements to client care plans

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in home care
  • 1 year of experience building or improving care plans
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Access to email and a mobile smart device
  • Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
