Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Bronson Battle Creek. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address patient concerns.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current nursing practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines to provide best-in-class care.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing for the state of Michigan.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required by completion of core orientation.
  • Critical care or ALS certifications may be required for some RNs, unit-specific.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing within 8 years of hire.
  • Certifications in areas such as Electronic Fetal Monitoring, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Trauma Nursing Core Course.
