Job Overview

The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in delivering excellent dental services with modern technology and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to community health and patient care.

Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary package includes a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k, with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, we offer sign-on bonuses, student loan repayment assistance, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid holidays and time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality dental services to patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other procedures
  • Work collaboratively with hygienists, assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan days, and highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, and meeting goals
  • Lovely working with kids (70% or more of our patient base)
Requirements
  • D.D.S./D.M.D. from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certifications (as required)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
