Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. You will also assist in maintaining store inventory, ensuring that our products are in excellent condition for customers to try out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments.
  • Maintain store-owned gear as requested.
  • Train learners effectively and communicate information and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars.
  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products.
  • Able to develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations, sales, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
