SalarySalary range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOur ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement in speech and language. They will develop and implement tailored treatment plans, delivering individual and group therapy sessions to enhance articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills.

Collaboration and CommunicationThe successful candidate will collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care for each student. They will maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans, and participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active State Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience is desirable
  • Experience with various treatment approaches and modalities, including AAC, PROMPT, and social communication interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents
  • Ability to uphold accurate and organized records, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
