Service Technician Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team at Sole Source Medical. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning services and inspections of medical equipment in hospitals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position starting at approximately 35 hours per week. The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sundays, with variable evening shifts during the week. Technicians often travel 2+ hours away to perform job duties at various hospitals, requiring reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning services and inspections of medical equipment in hospitals
  • Work in cramped spaces and sometimes awkward positions
  • Move or lift heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)
  • Push, pull heavy equipment/objects (over 50 pounds)
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

Benefits
  • Starting salary of $50,000 - $55,000 per year depending on experience
  • Eligible for PPO Health Benefits program enrollment after 90 days of employment
  • 80 Hours of PTO per year
  • $400 per month mileage allowance commences after 90 day training period
