NurseCore is seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Clinical Director for our home care services in Las Vegas. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing overall direction and clinical management for our home care services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory state and/or federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development and Management
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care provided to our patients.
- Collaborate with office staff to ensure that cases are appropriately authorized for services.
- Client Care and Support
- Conduct assessments, recertifications, and care plan development to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Supervise client care, including coordination of services, discharge planning, and periodic evaluation of client care.
- Staff Support and Development
- Support office staff with recruitment, new hire processing, and scheduling issues.
- Oversee Home Health Aide requirements for in-service and competency.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Conduct quarterly clinical reviews and PAG meetings as required by state regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory state and/or federal requirements.
- Current unencumbered RN License in Nevada.
- 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN.
- 1+ years of experience in home health care.
- Management experience within the last 3 years that included hiring and firing.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations.
- Pediatric experience required.
- Ventilator and trach experience required.
- Infusion skills preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement criteria for home care services.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
