Key Responsibilities:- Phone and Visitor Management: Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, answering any questions they may have.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
- Administrative Tasks: Operate standard office equipment, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer, and keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received.
- Logistics and Inventory: Receive deliveries, sort and distribute incoming mail, take inventory of supplies, and restock as needed.
- Filing and Organization: Maintain the general office filing system.
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to type 35 wpm minimum, and strong phone skills.
