Diagnostic Radiology Technologist

Corewell Health is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team at our Troy Hospital location. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality diagnostic exams after verifying patient identification and physician orders.
  • Acquire accurate patient histories and document in the medical record.
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Ensure STAT requests are relayed to radiologists in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, administrative staff, medical staff, and peers.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography program.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers from The American Heart Association and/or The American Red Cross.
