Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with experience in Critical Illness to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU Stepdown unit
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Critical Illness)
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification
  • ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc. must also be current as needed per specialty
