Job Description

Job Summary:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to students in an Arizona school district. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a current Arizona SLP license, and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students via online platforms, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on comprehensive assessments and tailored to meet each student's specific needs.
  • Facilitate engaging and effective therapy sessions using virtual tools and resources to enhance students' communication skills.
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support and address students' communication and educational needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, documenting each session and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with professional standards, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Arizona SLP license
  • Active Arizona teaching license
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet speed
