Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic computed tomography procedures, assisting in direct patient care under the direction of the Radiologist, and working in a fast-paced medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust and operate diagnostic CT equipment to produce diagnostic images of designated portions of the body
  • Assist in direct patient care under the direction of the Radiologist
  • Work in a hospital setting, performing day-to-day operations of a medical imaging department
  • Provide patient care and effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, as well as standard precautions and associated techniques
Our 7/70 Program

Work 70 hours and get paid for 80 hours. Enjoy a unique schedule with seven, 10-hour shifts in seven consecutive days, typically seven days on and then seven days off. 7/70 employees receive up to 100 hours of PTO deposited per year.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an Accredited Hospital Program (RTR)
  • Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
  • CT Certified or Certified within 18 month orientation period
  • Current License as a Radiographer in the state of Wisconsin
  • Current CPR certification or be eligible to complete within three months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in CT is desired
  • Knowledge of EPIC, RIS and PACS
