LPN Skilled Nursing Position

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at CodeForce. The ideal candidate will have a current Illinois license and CPR certification. This position requires every third weekend and holiday, with 12-hour shifts from 7pm to 7:30am.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality patient care by performing treatments and procedures according to established protocols.
  • Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medication or treatment.
  • Administer specified medications as allowed by policy and procedure, licensure, and State Practice Act.
  • Respond to patient requests and reports significant observations to the RN promptly.
  • Participate in planning for patient care by providing input to the RN and under the direction of the RN, assists in implementing the patient care plan.
  • Document patient care and participate in QA & I.

Requirements:
  • Current Illinois LPN license.
  • CPR certification.
  • Ability to work every third weekend and holiday.

Shift: 12 hours shifts Nights (7p-7:30a)
