Mainframe Storage Consultant

Job Summary:

eTeam Inc is seeking a skilled Mainframe Storage Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our storage team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our mainframe storage systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain mainframe storage systems, including DASD and Tape environments.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans, configurations, and testing.
• Perform storage management, product upgrades, and configurations.
• Assess and implement 3rd party storage management products and reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the storage environment.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage tickets.
• Business acumen and ability to work with application teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in supporting production environments.
