We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our dynamic team at Kimberly Keiser & Associates, LLC, a leading provider of counseling and psychotherapy services in Sioux Falls, SD.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a licensed psychologist (LP), counselor (LPC or LPC-MH), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to provide general mental health counseling and psychotherapy to intellectually stimulating clientele. Our clinic provides a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with a range of mental health concerns, including developmental trauma, PTSD, and trauma-focused therapies.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in South Dakota as a Ph.D., Psy.D., LPC, LPC-MH, or LMFT.
  • Completion of degree and all post-degree supervision for licensure. Prefer at least two years of post-degree experience in working with adolescents and adults with mental health issues, but not required.
  • Evidence of/or be willing to undergo training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
  • Have prior training – or be willing to train in – Internal Family Systems (IFS).
  • Sex positive, LGBTQI friendly, aware, and welcoming.
