Job Description

Overview

PNC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Retail Branch organization in Bristow, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer loyalty, and branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of branch performance, including sales, customer service, and risk management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related experience in retail banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
