About the Job:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for Life Sciences to join our team at Precision Medicine Group. This individual will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a life science, regulated environment and possess knowledge of root cause analysis tools and application, identifying durable corrective/preventative actions, and participating in process improvements.

This role requires strong communication skills, including well-developed writing skills and verbal and interpersonal skills. The ability to read, write, speak, fluently and comprehend the English language is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and deviations
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies and customers regarding quality matters
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on quality assurance procedures and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of related experience in a life science, regulated environment
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis tools and application, identifying durable corrective/preventative actions, and participating in process improvements
  • Able to read, write, speak, fluently and comprehend the English language
