Key Responsibilities:

  • Collects and analyzes information to identify customer's technical needs, suggest solutions and develop implementation and integration plans
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, deployment, support, and security of technology to ensure the organization is efficiently managing its technology and data-related assets
  • Participates in sprint planning; provides work estimates to deliver product stories; owns development stories
  • Utilizes up-to-date coding, testing, security, DevOps, and software engineering practices to maintain and create new applications that support business requirements

Requirements:

  • Prior software engineer coding/programming experience
  • Prior programming experience with composition software, such as OpenText Exstream (formerly known as HP Exstream) or Smart Communications, including Command Center
  • Knowledge of customer communication management (CCM) practices
  • Ability to understand impacts from/to upstream and downstream processes
