About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Liaison to join our team at Pilgrim's. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in facilitating effective communication between employees and management, as well as providing translation services to support our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and interview candidates for various positions within the company
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including advertising and attending career fairs
  • Act as liaison with employment agencies, temporary agencies, and advertising agencies
  • Translate written materials and conversations from one language to another
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management, including providing translation services

Requirements
