About the Role

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and leading our clinic staff in delivering excellent patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinic Staff: Provide guidance and support to our clinic staff, including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Patient Chart Management: Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by our Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Therapeutic Procedures: Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
  • Patient Analysis: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in community events and outreach programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
  • Licensure: Family Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Education: Masters Degree in Nursing.
