OBXtek is seeking a highly skilled Flight Instructor Pilot to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) 492 Special Operation Wing (SOW) and operational units. As a Flight Instructor Pilot, you will provide instruction to meet United States Air Force (USAF) proficiency and qualification standards on Air Force administered written examinations and flight evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years AFSOC aircrew experience, a valid Secret Clearance, and a FAA Commercial Pilot or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with the appropriate category and class ratings. Additionally, the candidate should have 1,000 Mission Pilot (MP) hours and 300 hours in similar type aircraft.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring syllabi tasks are 100% complete within the time specified for the lesson, completing Aircrew Graduate Evaluation Program (AGEP) in accordance with applicable Air Force Instructions and training syllabi, and using air traffic control services and radio calls during instruction that are in accordance with the most current edition of the Federal Aviation Administration Order and applicable International Civil Aviation Organization manuals and circulars.
