Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Saber Healthcare Group. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our residents, attending to their physical needs, comfort, and emotional well-being. You will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional care, following established standards of practice and policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents as assigned, in accordance with their care plans and under the direction of your supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as directed by representatives of the community, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
  • Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies, maintaining established standards of practice.
Requirements:
  • Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state in which you work.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff in the performance of duties.
